Nashville Horror Con Cosplay Contest Instructions

Welcome to the spooky, stylish, and downright spectacular cosplay contest at Nashville Horror Con! Whether you're bringing horror icons to life or creeping onto the stage with your own twisted creation, here’s everything you need to know:

Pre-Registration Required
All contestants must pre-register in the Photo Op Area on the official sign-up sheet. If you’re not signed up, you cannot participate in the contest.

Pre-Judging & Line-Up
Pre-judging begins at 2:30 PM in Panel Room B. This is where you'll show off your costume to our judges and highlight the hard work that went into your design. After pre-judging, you’ll be lined up and prepped for the stage walkthrough.

Main Stage Time
The cosplay contest kicks off on the main stage at 3:30 PM. All contestants must be lined up and ready at least 30 minutes prior—no exceptions!

Costume Guidelines
This is a family-friendly event, so please keep things con-appropriate. Costumes must cover areas typically covered by a bathing suit. If it’s NSFW, it’s not for our stage.
